1. Download Free 3GP Converter dari dvdvideosoft.com lalu instal
2. Ke Program Files/DVDVIDEOSOFT/Free 3gp... Terus ke folder Profiles
3. Edit 3GPProfiles.XML dengan notepad atau apalah, edit atau duplicate profile High Quality (rename jadi profile baru, misalnya Super High Quality) replace angka 12 dengan 13 pada frame rate, lalu angka 160000 dengan 170000 atau diatasnya pada video quality, Save
4. Jalankan Free 3GP Converter, selesai (kualitas boleh dibandingkan dengan produk komersial)
